In my multifaceted role, I manage social media for several platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), alongside several other marketing channels to create strong brand awareness. Understanding our target audience through building detailed buyer personas is key to my strategy. By gaining insight into the competitive landscape through thorough research and analysis, I ensure my approach stays innovative.
Conducting social listening keeps me in tune with audience sentiments and trends, which helps me develop robust content plans. These plans seamlessly tie into other content channels like email marketing and our website, ensuring the branding goals remain unified. This integrated approach helps to engage the audience effectively and drive growth.
Recently, I was tasked with building a social media community for the ADG Promo Products brand on LinkedIn. This involved creating the brand's voice and personality on the platform, generating engagement, and increasing follower growth organically. This initiative kicked off in February 2024 with the development of a comprehensive social media strategy and plan. Since then, the ADG Promo Products brand has gained over 130 new followers, achieving an impressive engagement rate averaging 11%, compared to a baseline of 2%.
