Iron Flask Product Category Release into the Promotional Products Industry
Understanding how to position a product to maximize its potential is crucial for generating engagement and revenue in the promotional products industry. I have successfully led numerous product launches, including the significant launch of the Iron Flask drinkware brand and various proprietary products.
For the Iron Flask Drinkware line, I collaborated closely with their marketing team to ensure adherence to brand standards. This launch marked Iron Flask’s entry into the promotional products industry, with my brand serving as the exclusive decorator.
The product launch involved meticulous planning, covering every detail from pricing and promotional strategies to product presentation. Leading a team, I identified optimal channels and timings for product promotion, coordinating and assisting with photography shoots to ensure the product was positioned effectively.
A crucial component of this launch was educating the sales team and providing them with tools to effectively communicate the product line, ensuring they were well-equipped to successfully win orders. I curated comprehensive marketing materials, including emails, social media posts, website banners, PR communications, industry publication ads, flyers, sales pitch decks, and catalogs, to support the launch.
I have successfully managed over 20 product launches in the past three years across several digital marketing channels including email, website, distributor platforms, digital industry publications, and social media.
