The holidays represent a pivotal sales period for the brands under my management, driving significant revenue. To capitalize on this crucial timeframe, I developed comprehensive holiday content strategy plans that span multiple channels, including social media, websites, email campaigns, digital catalogs, and advertising publications.
The key with this content plan was to create a cohesive content strategy design that fit across all channels and that would evoke emotion and generate engagement. With little previous workflow processes in place to manage this, I tapped into my project management background and initiated/led the collaboration with creative and marketing teams to establish robust processes for managing content strategy planning briefs. This new plan also paved the way for future content strategy management and execution.
My role involved identifying the specific needs for photo shoots, ensuring that visuals align with the overall strategy and brand identity. I implemented workflow management systems using Trello to enhance trackability and streamline project execution. A key focus of the holiday content strategy was maintaining consistency and cohesiveness across all channels, ensuring that every piece of content adhered to the brand guidelines for ADG Promo Products.
By integrating these elements, we were able to create a unified and impactful holiday campaign that effectively promoted our products, engaged our audience, and drove an increase in sales. The collaborative efforts and strategic planning resulted in a cohesive content strategy that maximized our holiday marketing potential and achieved our business objectives.
